Our Heritage
Three Generations.
One Calling.
The Beginning
Born in Italy.
Built for a Lifetime.
The story of Italian Kitchen Restoration begins not in Florida, but in the workshops of northern Italy — where Claudia Manusia and the Befumo family have spent three generations mastering the art of kitchen design and cabinetry.
It began with a grandfather who believed that the kitchen was not a room — it was the soul of the home. He trained his children not just in the mechanics of woodworking and joinery, but in the philosophy of Italian living: that beauty and function are inseparable, that materials must be honest, and that every detail matters.
His children carried that philosophy forward, deepening their craft through partnerships with Italy's finest manufacturers — including Modulnova, whose precision flat-panel cabinet systems became the foundation of their design language.

Our Philosophy
"There is no other kitchen restoration design team in Florida — or the United States — with our experience, our training, and our style."
We came to Florida because we saw a gap — a market full of beautiful homes, but no one offering the authentic Italian kitchen experience that our families have spent three generations perfecting. We are here to change that.
